Intermittent Hypoxia-Induced Recovery of Overground Walking of Persons with Subacute SCI

Time since Injury: 2-12 months
Level of SCI: C3-L5

Screening: Initial information with a licensed clinician

Study Intervention (10 visits, 2-3 hours each): Experimental breathing sessions with testing of leg movement, with the option of additional walking practice with a licensed physical therapist over the course of two weeks

Follow-Up (4 visits, 2 hours each): Assessment by a licensed physical therapist at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year post-intervention.
